CDXC 2025 AGM
Welcome to the CDXC 2025 AGM pages.
The 2025 CDXC AGM will be held at 11:00 BST on Saturday 19th July 2025 at The Littlebury Hotel, Bicester, OX26 6DR. The 2025 CDXC Convention will take place that afternoon at the same venue.
To extend the reach of the AGM voting, the Committee allows members to provide an online vote in advance of the AGM. Such votes cast will be provided as a proxy to the Chairman of the AGM who will cast them on your behalf at the meeting.
Each member may only vote once on each resolution. Either online in advance of the AGM or in person at the AGM.

For each document there is an email address where you can pose questions and ask for any clarifications. Please indicate if you are happy to have your question and its response posted below the paper concerned. It will be anonymised.
Finally, and most importantly, if you do not intend to be at the AGM please now go to the voting page. The Constitution requires us to secure majority votes in favour of:
- Adoption of the 2024 AGM Minutes
- Adoption of the 2024 / 2025 Accounts
- Appointment of the 2025 / 2026 Committee
- Appointment of the 2026 Auditor

Voting will remain open until 23:59 BST 17th July 2025. The proxy votes will be added to the votes cast at the AGM and the results will be shown online soon after and will be included in the AGM minutes published in a forthcoming Digest.
